Health and safety training at work.

You should have proper first aid arrangements set in the workplace. You should look around the office or place you work and see what safety risks there may be. Sometimes all you need is a basic first aid box, and someone appointed to be in charge of this. All employees should have a clear idea of the first aid arrangements.

If your workplace uses machinery or products that could be hazardous or cause risk, then you would need a trained first aider.
